About us

Centre for Advanced Studies in Policy Research (CASPR) is a non-partisan organization. It is an independent institution which through its various initiatives aims to contribute to the effective policy formulation, execution & sustainability. It works as a critical think tank and involves itself in promoting the interdisciplinary research; predominantly in the areas viz. economic & social policy, development studies, governance, law, state, history, anthropology, media studies, political science, international relations and environmental studies etc. CASPR is engaged in field projects, education and works as a catalyst to connect the research and allied activities to the policymaking process.
We advocate that the knowledge is seamless and cannot be confined within boundaries of disciplines. We provide a platform to undertake studies traversing across the rudimentary structures for bringing out a new discourse by working together with a larger network of great minds in the business.
We highly encourage innovative studies & methodologies on the issues like inequalities of all sorts, distribution of income & wealth, rural & urban economy, economic & social policy, education and environmental sustainability.
